Béla DUSHA

He qualified as a professional photographer in 1971 before going to work as a photographer at the Biological Research Centre in Szeged. From 1973 to 1944 he studied scientific filmmaking. He has been a freelance photographer since 1992 and a member of the Association of Hungarian Photographers since 2008. He focuses mainly on documenting the cultural life of Szeged. For more than 15 years he photographed the productions of the Szeged Contemporary Ballet. So far, he has published five books about Szeged in Hungarian, English and German. His works have been displayed at numerous solo and group exhibitions. In 2016 he was presented with the Gregor József Award.
