Ildikó FELICIDES

1967, Budapest

She graduated from Eötvös Loránd University in 1989 and completed her qualifying exam at a vocational school for photography in 1993. She worked at the De-Max Photo Lab, while studying at the course led by Gábor Kerekes and György Stalter. From 2002 she worked as a photo lab assistant for a year in Canada and then in Hungary, during which time she perfected her professional knowledge at the workshops of Gábor Kerekes and Madolna Vékás and participated in research projects on the history of photographic techniques. She established her own visual workshop in 2008. She has been a member of the Studio of Young Photographers since 2009, and a member of the Association of Hungarian Photographers since 2013. She has exhibited her works at solo and group exhibitions alike. She was an award-winner at the Esztergom Biennial of Photography in 1998 and in 2000. Her works can be found in the collection of the Hungarian Museum of Photography.
