Oxána SZTREHALET

She received her BA in photography from the University of Kaposvár in 2016, and then she completed her MA in photography at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design in 2019. Recurring subjects in her art are femininity, personal past and coming to terms with the past. Her photographs are her own constructions: she creates the visual environment herself, builds the coulisses herself and she is part of the still frames she composes. She has been a member of the Studio of Young Photographer since 2017, and has participated in several of the studio’s group exhibitions. She is currently taking part in the CAPAZINE project of the Capa Center and is in the first year of the Pécsi József Grant.
